The information includes Name , Date of Birth ,Email-ID , Contact Info , PAN ,Aadhar ,Address

Ziel Fintech will share your information with third party who collect, store and process your personal data on behalf of the ZIEL and who are contractually obligated to keep your personal data confidential subject to appropriate safeguards to prevent it from unauthorised disclosure. Care : For loan Insurance:

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold ZIEL, its officers, directors, employees, consultants, affiliates, subsidiaries and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your data collected to or use of the app or any online/offline services being offered by Ziel Fintech

Withdrawal of Consent

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any point in time and request your data to be deleted from the servers of ZIEL and the entities that ZIEL has further shared the data with . Company will try its best to accommodate the request depending on the current status of provided services and applicable laws & policies.
